We have had the opportunity to work with so many clients who even when purchasing during a hot sellers market when others might think it’s not a good time to buy because prices are “High” (that’s been my whole career actually- I got into the business in 2015 and it’s been a hot sellers market the whole time – and even during that time, we’ve seen our clients and even ourselves greatly benefit financially from owning real estate in ways that I don’t think can be done elsewhere.
